1. Where can I find size and fit information?
Size and fit information can be found on each product page. If you need any assistance ordering, feel free to reach out to us at info@slothinghk.com.

2. How much does shipping cost?
The shopping cart will calculate the shipping price for all order. Just add the items you want to your cart and you will get your shipping cost.

3. Do we ship overseas?
Yes, we now ship to Taiwan, Macau, Australia, Canada, Germany, Indonesia, New Zealand, Ireland, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, USA, United Kingdom, Malaysia, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan.

4. When will my order arrive?
Please allow 2-3weeks for order processing and verification, and an additional 1-3 business days for delivery in Hong Kong.

5. What is your return policy?
Sorry we do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. We only accept returns / Exchanges defective products & Errors.

6. Do you re-stock your inventory? 
On occasion we will re-stock some of our inventory items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.
